About SERVICE
Our domiciliary care services are designed to enable you continue living as independently as possible in your own home.
We provide care and support to people in their own homes, this includes older people, younger adults, people who have a learning disability, sensory and/or physical disabilities, dementia, illness and end of life care. We offer a flexible, responsive service to meet the needs, hopes and desires of our customers.
Together we will develop a person-centred care plan that meets your individual requirements ensuring you receive the service you want and that you get the most out of life.

Personal care
Support getting up and going to bed, assistance with dressing, washing, personal hygiene, eating and drinking
Medication assistance
Assisting with managing medicines
Companionship
Accompanying you to social activities or spend time with you in your own home
Sitting service
Offering a well deserved break to full-time Carers by sitting with your loved ones
Domestic support
Light housekeeping including laundry, ironing, dusting and washing up
Hospital Discharge
After care following a period of time in hospitals
